Shipping Policy:
Secure DNA Tests (S-DNA) only ships within the United States. International shipping is not available.
Important: Due to New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) regulations, we do not provide services to residents of New York State.

Cancellations:
Cancellations made prior to testing will incur a $50.00 processing fee. This fee will be deducted from your total purchase, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Incomplete Information:
If your online submission is missing required information, we will contact you via email or phone. A response is required within 3 days. Failure to respond will result in a refund minus a $50.00 processing fee.

Unauthorized Shipping Returns:
Using a return service other than the authorized prepaid option (e.g., USPS instead of FedEx) will result in a $50.00 fee.

• Unauthorized returns may delay lab receipt by up to two months.

• If tracking is unavailable or the return is improperly handled, a new kit may be required at the customer’s expense.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Kits
Report any damaged, defective, or incorrect DNA test kits immediately.
We will arrange for a replacement kit at no additional cost.
