Shipping Policy
Secure DNA Tests (S-DNA) only ships within the United States. International shipping is not available.
Important: Due to New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) regulations, we do not provide services to residents of New York State.
Cancellations
Cancellations made prior to testing will incur a $50.00 processing fee. This fee will be deducted from your total purchase, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Incomplete Information
If your online submission is missing required information, we will contact you via email or phone. A response is required within 3 days. Failure to respond will result in a refund minus a $50.00 processing fee.
Unauthorized Shipping Returns
Using a return service other than the authorized prepaid option (e.g., USPS instead of FedEx) will result in a $60.00 fee.
Unauthorized returns may delay lab receipt by up to two months.
If tracking is unavailable or the return is improperly handled, a new kit may be required at the customer’s expense.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Kits
Report any damaged, defective, or incorrect DNA test kits immediately.
We will arrange for a replacement kit at no additional cost.
