Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my DNA results?
Turnaround Time: 2 to 3 business days from the date the lab receives all DNA samples.
Results Delivery: Upon completion, a copy will be mailed to your home and another copy will be emailed to you.
Are Mobile DNA Tests discreet?
Yes. The mobile collectors in our network do not have any signs on their vehicles. There is nothing that would indicate you are performing a DNA test at your location.
Can a mobile paternity test be used for legal purposes?
Yes. All DNA specimens collected are tested and analyzed by our partner AABB accredited laboratory. This accreditation is important for legal DNA test results, and legal DNA tests can be performed on location.
